Patient information can be edited by providers that patients are connected with and by OhMD support. Currently patients cannot edit their own profile information.
Please contact OhMD support with your account email and the changes needed to the name, DOB and gender associated with the account.
You can edit patient information by logging into our web app and going to Patient Lists. Find the appropriate list for the patient (Approved, Added/Uploaded, Declined) and click on the patient name. Make modifications and click Save Changes.
To remove a patient, navigate to the appropriate list for the patient that needs to be removed (Approved, Added/Uploaded), select your patient then click the Inactivate link at the bottom under subscriptions.
