You can reset your password by clicking/tapping on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen (or the password entry screen on the mobile apps). Then enter your account email and submit. An email will be sent to you with a link that will bring you to where you can enter a new password. Entering and then confirming your new password will set your new password.
If the email is requested from the iOS app, the link in the email will bring you back to a screen in the app to reset your password. Therefore you need to check your email on your phone. If you are not able to check your email on your phone, you can request the email from our web app here: https://services.ohmd.com/forgot-password. The link in the email requested from that page will bring you back to a web page rather than the app.
The password reset link in the email is good for 24 hours. If the link expires you will need to request another email.
Password requirements are at least 8 characters with at least 1 letter and 1 number.
Please remember to check you spam/junk folder for the email if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
If your account was locked due to too many incorrect attempts, please contact OhMD support or wait the indicated time-out period.
