As part of HIPAA a BAA is required between OhMD as a Business Associate to you the user as a Covered Entity.  By registering for OhMD our BAA automatically goes into place.  You can find a copy of the BAA in the app under the Settings  menu or on our website at www.ohmd.com/agreements.

If you would prefer to have a signed copy of the BAA we're happy to do that too.  Just let us know and we'll send you a copy to be signed and counter signed.
